Mei was born in Gunma, Japan and began dancing ballet when she was 3 years old. Mei commenced her training at Clara Ballet School, Reiko Yamamoto Ballet, and Muroga Ballet School in Japan. Mei was accepted into the Central School of Ballet summer intensive in London in 2017 and following, in 2018, she moved to Australia to continue her training as a full-time student at the National Theatre Ballet School in Melbourne. Mei graduated from the school with Certificate IV in Dance and Diploma of Dance.
Mei is thrilled to perform in our upcoming 2022 season.
