An experienced artist having performed professionally in many different genres over the years, Elise May began ballet at the age of three and trained full-time at Dance World Studios, with a Diploma of Performing Arts.
Elise has delved through many pathways in the Arts and each part of her diverse dance journey has contributed to an extremely versatile performing artist.
As former Principal Artist with the Victorian State Ballet, her most notable roles include Giselle in “Giselle,” Kitri in “Don Quixote,” Medora in “Le Corsaire,” Aurora in “The Sleeping Beauty,” and Odette/Odile in “Swan Lake.”
As a passionate artist, Elise is excited to embrace new opportunities and looks forward to working with Dancebourne Arts for their special preview of Paquita in November 2024.
